Nestled between the Duplexes and situated in the centre of the Island are 3 homes used for the Crew quarters each with a full bathroom of which any of them could easily be converted to Guest Quarters if one was desirous of so doing.

A 6 feet wide pier stretches over the water a 120' before fanning out to 44' x 68' crowning glory which is the main convening area of the island that lies over the crystal clear waters and over 175' feet from the shore line. Sunbathe on the deck and step into the water from the deck ladder and you are immediately immersed in a snorkeler's paradise with coral visible all around. This centrepiece houses the main kitchen, dining room and bar. Capable of accommodating plenty of guests currently set with 22 seats inside and 18 seats outside. Here is where the guests enjoy fabulous meals using the freshest seafood from the bountiful waters of the Caribbean and exotic tropical fruits and vegetables from the rich delta soils of Sittee River Village, share stories, relax and read your favourite book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. There is even a glass floor that you can view fish from in the centre of the room.

The island uses state of the art water heaters and electrical systems powered by the solar panels which handle all the power needs of the entire island. When the need arises for additional power the 18KW generator is on standby when needed. The island has satellite TV and Wi FI so you can always stay in touch and in tune with the rest of the world.

Water is supplied by Mother Nature which is captured off the roofs of the buildings and channelled to 550 gallon cisterns, 61 of them to be exact which is more water than will ever be needed. The water is pressurized and filtered and has been tested to be purer than the bottled water sold by the major bottling companies in Belize.

The landscaping is tastefully done and the island is planted with plenty of decorative plants and coconut palms. There are several decks on the windward and leeward side of the island to sunbathe and swim from or to watch sunrise and sunsets or simply lounge around and enjoy the peaceful sound of the gentle lapping waves or take a plunge into the warm Caribbean Sea for an invigorating swim or snorkel.
