Description

The Sand Villa is one of the private luxury homes in a 4.5 acre resort. It's located on the north end of Ambergris Caye, the most popular vacation spot in Belize. The villa is right on the beach and there is snorkeling and a pool available.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has a wide wooden entry deck and two screened porches facing the ocean off each bedroom. It is designed in a rustic/modern style and features authentic Guatemalan antiques, artisan crafted wooden tables and artwork, dark mahogany floors, high mahogany ceilings, a unique driftwood art piece, and handmade linen paper lampshades on natural wood bases. Light-toned linen, cotton and canvas are used in the furnishings.

Each large bath has a window looking out on palms and sand, as well as warm toned rustic terrazzo floors, hand painted walls, tiled walk in showers, indigenous antiques, and custom standing wooden sinks.

Right nearby is the Belize Coral Reef, which is the second biggest barrier reef in the world and rated as one of the top ten dive sites in the world. The 24-hour concierge can book an excursion here or elsewhere in Belize; group and private tours are available.

The property consists of twelve (12) villas, including:
