Our rates are in U.S. dollars. There is an additional 9% hotel tax.

Many resorts in Belize charge a 10% service charge; we do not. Hospitality is included with us. And extra fees annoy us too.

Rates are based on availability and subject to change.

1 BR Suites sleep 1 to 2 guests. 2 BR Suites sleep 2 to 4 guests. 3 BR Suites sleep 3 to 6 guests.

Some suites can accommodate an additional 1 or 2 guests at a cost of $30 USD per person + 9% hotel tax. Some suites cannot accommodate extra guests.

Deposit & Payment Policy

To confirm a reservation a deposit of one night + 9% hotel tax per suite is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For arrivals within 30 days we require payment in full to confirm a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund less a 5% refund fee if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if canceled within 30 days of arrival. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. No refunds due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
