Rentals in San Pedro, Belize

"We recently returned from a 1 week stay at Casa Paradiso and we're already trying to figure out when we can return to this lovely slice of paradise! We went to Ambergris Caye for spring break with our two children (14 years old and 4 years old) as well as my 70+ year old parents, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Casa Paradiso has a gorgeous view of the water and the reef, with a terrific wrap-around deck and private pool. As soon as we arrived we hung our hammocks from the palm trees in the yard and the kids jumped in the pool. That evening we ventured down the adjacent pier to Palapa Bar and enjoyed a great meal. The kids had fun fishing from the pier and spotted stingrays and tons of fish. The property caretaker Chacon was delightful and super helpful - he even managed to get a birthday cake on short notice for my son's birthday! Lolly, the owner, is an absolute treasure and made sure everything was perfect for us before, during and after our stay. We had a great time on a day-long snorkel trip with a lunch stop on Caye Caulker that Chacon arranged for us, and the "boys" in our group also had a blast on a half-day fishing trip also set up by Chacon. There are several great casual restaurants in walking distance - Marbucks for breakfast, Palapa Bar, the Truck Stop and Ak-Bol yoga retreat for dinner, and we even grilled out by the pool one evening. My husband and I both work for an airline and we have traveled extensively, and Casa Paradiso is by far one of our absolute favorite spots. Our kids are already asking when we can return to the "yellow house!" Thanks so much to Lolly and Chacon for ensuring we had a great trip!"
