MAYAN PRINCESS, Ambergris Caye

The Mayan Princess is an ocean-front hotel, conveniently located in the center of the tiny town of San Pedro on the barrier reef island of Ambergris Caye.

The lodging rooms are modern and attractively decorated, with air-conditioning, full kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the sea. The town's restaurants, shopping, and night life are at your door step.

The Amigos del Mar dive shop, the best in Belize, is conveniently located on a pier just next door to the Mayan Princess.

Dive Belize's Famous Blue Hole - You have the easy option of adding a full-day Blue Hole trip to your Mayan Princess dive vacation. For $210 per diver, you may upgrade one of your pre-paid two-tank days of diving to a Blue Hole trip. Or if you prefer to add an additional day of diving, you my purchase a trip to the Blue Hole at the additional cost of 5 per diver. Simply tell your Island Dreams agent that you want to add to your adventure! Note: Park Fee for the Blue Hole is USD per person. This is at the guest's additional expense and must be paid in cash, collected in Belize.

RAMON'S VILLAGE, Ambergris Caye

Ramon's Village is Belize's foremost dedicated diving resort. Founded by Ramon Nunez, this resort is designed specifically to cater to scuba divers, snorkelers, and water sports enthusiasts. In addition to its own excellent dive operation, Ramon's has a nice swimming beach, a salt water pool, and rentals of wind surfers, sail boats, jet skis, and other water sports toys. The following prices offer two different meal plans, two different room style options, and include the hotel tax.

TURNEFFE ISLAND LODGE, Turneffe Island

Turneffe Island Lodge is an exclusive diving and fishing lodge on its own private island. The package includes boat transfer from Belize City, lodging, all meals, and three boat dives per day. Also included is use of sailfish, windsurfers, and sea kayaks.

Turneffe Island's program operates Saturday to Saturday, but for shorter durations, a Wednesday transfer is also available. A modest hotel tax is additional, and paid at the resort. Well known for its fishing grounds in addition to its scuba diving, Turneffe Island Lodge offers sportsmen optional deep sea and bone fishing packages.
